Cake Pops @ Wedding Show

This was at a wedding event that I just did this past Sunday at the Marriott Boca Center. I had a lot of fun introducing people to my cake pops! As you can see they run out fast!!
My favorite part is watching their expressions after the first bite! YUMM

Jeb Bush Cystic Fibrosis Gala - Cupcake Pop Favors!

So it has been a while since I last posted... don't think I forgot about you! I have been very busy baking. I will have a bunch of posts coming up to keep you filled in on what I have been up to.

My lastest large event was the Jeb Bush Cystic Fibrosis Gala. I donated almost 800 Cupcake Pops as Thank You's . I had my mom come down from Michigan and help me as I needed all hands on deck.... That means the roommate, the boyfriend, and even my attorney(hehe.. Camille). They were getting their hands dirty(or yummy however you want to phrase it).

A few weeks ago I went to the Broward Gator Club Watch @ Gulf Stream and made some fabulous Gator spirited cupcakes!
This week I will be at Bru's Room in Pompano raffling off more cupcakes to benefit the Broward County Gator Club Scholarship fund.

Halloween Party

Every year our friend Robert throws a huge Halloween Party... complete with a DJ, bartenders, and catering. -You must be in a costume, no exceptions! This year I thought it would be a great idea to have a fun dessert table complete with an assortment of my sweets and treats!
My three girlfriends from out of town- all in separate parts of the country (I miss them dearly)helped me decorate and make the cupcake pops. I was running late and really needed the extra hands! They did a great job and I think they got to learn a lot too! (From the Left Jess, Kristen, and Morgan)
Making Black Cupcakes... Just add a little black food coloring to chocolate batter and TaDa!
