I went to my Fondant class on Monday and learned how to make gum paste flowers. Gum paste is similar to fondant but it has a tougher consistency and dries quicker. I made the gum paste actually from fondant by mixing 1 pound of fondant with 1 teaspoon of a product called super gum.
